📱 1. Android Developer – Mandatory Skills
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin
✅ Experience with Jetpack Compose / XML
✅ Good understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture
✅ Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and Retrofit
✅ Strong knowledge of Coroutines and modern Android development practices
✅ Experience building scalable and production-grade Android applications
✅ Good understanding of Android lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization
✅ Familiarity with debugging, testing, and Play Store deployment processes

🔹 Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with modular architecture and reusable components
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt/Dagger
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and analytics tools
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies

🍎 2. iOS Developer – Mandatory Skills

✅ Strong experience in Swift & SwiftUI
✅ Hands-on expertise with UIKit

✅ Experience with REST APIs and URLSession
✅ Strong knowledge of Swift Concurrency (async/await)
✅ Experience building scalable and high-performance iOS applications
✅ Good understanding of iOS app lifecycle and memory optimization
✅ Familiarity with App Store deployment and release processes

🔹 Additional Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Combine framework and reactive programming
• Knowledge of offline storage, caching, and synchronization mechanisms
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for iOS applications
• Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
• Exposure to Agile product engineering environments
