🛠 Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure environments
✔ Handle Azure L3 support activities for enterprise clients
✔ Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
✔ Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and security issues
✔ Implement automation scripts and cloud operational improvements
✔ Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems
✔ Monitor cloud resources, alerts, incidents, and performance metrics
✔ Work on Azure Virtual Networks, VPNs, Load Balancers, NSGs, and Firewalls
✔ Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams
✔ Support enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives
✔ Maintain cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices
✔ Participate in incident management, RCA preparation, and operational excellence initiatives

🔹 Skills & Technologies Required

✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
✅ Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
✅ Knowledge of Azure Networking & Security Services
✅ Experience with Azure Virtual Machines & Storage Services
✅ Expertise in Azure Monitoring & Enterprise Cloud Support
✅ Strong understanding of cloud automation & scripting
✅ Experience with PowerShell / Bash / Terraform / ARM Templates
✅ Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
✅ Understanding of cloud governance & security best practices
✅ Experience handling enterprise-level incidents & escalations
✅ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
✅ Experience working in production support environments

⭐ Preferred Skills

➕ Experience with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
➕ Exposure to Docker & container orchestration
