💼 Role Overview

As a Student Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students regarding career opportunities, training programs, professional certifications, and placement support. You will work closely with prospective students, manage inquiries, support enrollments, and maintain strong student engagement throughout the learning journey.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about counseling, communication, admissions management, and helping students build successful careers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms
✔ Guide students regarding available courses, certifications, career opportunities, and placement support
✔ Counsel students based on their educational background, career interests, and goals
✔ Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments
✔ Support admissions processes, onboarding activities, and batch coordination
✔ Maintain strong relationships and engagement with students throughout the course lifecycle
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student experience and operations
✔ Track inquiry status, admissions data, and lead management activities
✔ Assist in promotional and outreach activities related to training programs
✔ Ensure timely communication and professional support to all prospective candidates

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Admissions, Customer Service, or related domains
✅ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
✅ Strong interpersonal, presentation, and convincing abilities
✅ Good understanding of student engagement and counseling processes
✅ Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and online meeting tools
✅ Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
✅ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
