💼 Role Overview:
As a Java Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale applications using modern Java technologies and frontend frameworks. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience working in Agile product engineering environments.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems using Java and Spring ecosystem
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Develop responsive frontend applications using AngularJS, JavaScript, and CSS
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Implement cloud-native and container-based application strategies
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership initiatives
• Work on integration of databases, messaging systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Ensure quality delivery through testing frameworks, automation, and CI/CD practices
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues

🛠️ Required Technical Skills:
✔️ Strong expertise in Core Java / Java JEE
✔️ Hands-on experience with Spring Framework & Spring Boot
✔️ Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture
✔️ Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON
✔️ Frontend expertise in AngularJS, JavaScript, and CSS
✔️ Experience with SQL & NoSQL Databases
✔️ Knowledge of Hibernate & Messaging Technologies
✔️ Hands-on exposure to Node.js & Express.js
✔️ Experience implementing ATDD / BDD / Unit Testing methodologies
✔️ Understanding of Cloud Native Architecture is a strong plus
