✔ End-to-End Recruitment
✔ Candidate Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri & Job Portals
✔ Resume Screening & Interview Coordination
✔ Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Coordination
✔ Maintaining Recruitment Trackers & Databases
✔ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills

🛠 Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Hands-on sourcing expertise
• Experience in candidate screening and coordination
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage recruitment trackers and hiring pipelines

🎯 Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• MBA in HR or related specialization
• Experience in IT / Non-IT Hiring
• Energetic, self-driven & target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
