💼 Experience Required:
🔹 Fresher to 5 Years (Depending on the Role)

🧪 Key Skills & Technical Expertise Required
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ Hands-on experience with HPLC / UPLC Handling
✅ Knowledge of XRPD, DSC, TGA, GC-MS, ICP-MS
✅ Experience in Analytical Method Development & Validation
✅ Understanding of Solid State Characterization techniques
✅ Exposure to Nitrosamine & Extractables/Leachables (E&L) Characterization
✅ Knowledge of cGMP & ICH Guidelines
✅ Technical Documentation & Scientific Reporting skills
✅ Understanding of laboratory compliance and analytical procedures
✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

📋 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods
✔ Perform stability studies and routine analytical sample testing
✔ Conduct polymorph screening and solid-state characterization studies
✔ Execute nitrosamine and extractables/leachables characterization activities
✔ Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical instruments and laboratory systems
✔ Prepare technical reports, scientific documentation, and risk assessment reports
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, cGMP, and laboratory quality systems
✔ Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on analytical projects
✔ Participate in troubleshooting analytical challenges and process improvements
✔ Maintain accurate laboratory records and data integrity practices
