ASSISTANT RECRUITER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reality Cheque is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter to support and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple departments and remote positions.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, communication skills, stakeholder coordination experience, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced digital environment while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding online community and coaching platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
πΉ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
πΉ Recruit candidates across marketing, sales, operations, and management roles
πΉ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
πΉ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
πΉ Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
πΉ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
πΉ Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
πΉ Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring records, and reporting
πΉ Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
πΉ Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluations
πΉ Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation
πΉ Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities efficiently
