As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams, designing scalable enterprise architectures, driving technical strategy, and ensuring successful project execution across large-scale Government projects.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance digital platforms.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end application architecture and development initiatives
✔ Guide engineering teams on coding standards and best practices
✔ Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade systems
✔ Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders on technical roadmaps
✔ Mentor developers and conduct technical reviews
✔ Ensure high-quality code, scalability, and system reliability
✔ Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
✔ Drive engineering innovation and continuous improvement
✔ Resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance
✔ Support deployment, cloud integration, and modernization initiatives
