📋 Employment Type: Full-Time
As a Salesforce Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications by executing comprehensive manual testing activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and business processes.
The selected candidate will:
• Perform end-to-end manual testing across Salesforce platforms
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Validate business processes within Salesforce ecosystems
• Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation
• Identify, report, and track software defects
• Support quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
